Mandan Special Olympics Will Lead 4th of July Parade
The Mandan Independence Day Parade Committee has chosen its grand marshals for this year, and they won`t all fit on the back of a convertible.
This year`s theme is "Stars On the Prairie" so it`s only fitting members of the Mandan Special Olympics should lead the parade.
